Making PBK models interoperable and reusable
This tool assists in creating and inspecting interoperable and reusable physiologically based kinetic (PBK) models following the FAIR PBK Standard. You can upload PBK models in SBML or Antimony format and perform semantic annotation, unit annotation, model validation, model visualisation, and export annotation and parametrisation templates.
Upload model
Upload an SBML or Antimony PBK model file and make it FAIR.
Upload SBML (.sbml or .xml) or Antimony (.ant) file.
Submit a URL to an SBML (.sbml or .xml) or Antimony (.ant) file.
